It's not everyday that you feel relax and comfortable in a 3 starts hotel; boy, did I enjoy this place. In the center of Santiago de Compostela's universe, walking distance from the train and bus stations, surrounded by beautiful places, restaurants, art galleries and well known fashion stores. Ok, but we know that Santiago is magical. Now, coming back to this nice little hotel, with the great breakfast buffet and the nicest staff you can ask for. Ok, you are not goin to find posh extravagant features, but you for sure will get a clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast is good and it's included to the already great price. Bonus is the cozy lobby area equipped with lemon water, tea and sweets. Nothing better to sit there and read the paper, before heading to your room to find a comfortable bed after a day of sightseeing. Very much recommend Nest Style hotel. But what can I say, I always trust booking.com for my escapades. Cheers!
Generally a nice hotel that presents well. The bathrooms are a bit dated with a few signs of mold but nothing alarming. The rooms were clean but did show some signs of bed bug activity. It's is unclear if it was from a previous issue that may be resolved. Regardless, I looked at two rooms and decided not to stay for my own peace of mind and senative skin. The staff were understanding and I was refunded the other two days I had intended to stay but not the day checked in because in their words “they have two rooms they couldn't sell tonight.” Take that however you will I guess. A wash of an experience. I'm sure this hotel has its good moments. And is a good choice for the right traveler.
We were happy to be just outside the tourist zone in a nice neighborhood with good restaurants and non-touristy shops. Nice triple room with small balcony. Double-paned windows kept the noise down. Plugs by each bed. Shower/tub with pretty good water pressure. Helpful and friendly staff. Free tea and lemon water and fruit in the lobby. Elevator.
It is a very nice hotel close to the camino and the cathedral. Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great too, has everything that you need. The room is big and the bed very comfy. It was all clean, except for mold in the bath tub in the beathroom. It was more than it should be and I know it is hard to avoid mold, but it is easy to remove it and definetly should be done!
The room was super warm and couldn’t control the heat to turn it off, had to leave the window open but also let in the noise. The service was lovely and helpful. There was a smell of gasoline in the lobby and halls, which they know about but dont know what it is. Which i found odd. And cant be the most healthy thing to be inhaling…
