Pensión Acibeche

Room 2 was located overlooking Praza Immaculado next to the Cathedral. Room was fine for 2 people except there are 43 steps to climb to get to it - Pilgrim walkers beware at the end of a day. We stayed 3 nights and room was serviced each day.

Room was super dirty and not worth the money paid.

Vou ser bem sincera, a primeira vista o local é decepcionante. A recepção virtual é interessante mas difícil demais de executar. O local onde minhas chaves estavam armazenadas não abria de jeito nenhum. Para um corpo cansado de uma longa caminhada, isso pode ser frustante. Fiquei no quarto 3. Acho q são apenas 3 quartos em toda pensão. O quarto 3 é o do último andar. Eu não sabia q ficaria em um andar tão alto. Foram vários lances de escada para subir. Ao chegar vi que não havia janelas no local, apenas uma claraboia no alto. Dá um pouco de medo. Em caso de acidente não há como fugir dali. Além disso, a pensão até tem Wi-Fi, mas o sinal não estava pegando nesse quarto. Isso posto, e com os problemas mencionados, devo dizer q mesmo estando ao lado do sino da catedral, e tendo um ar condicionado mega barulhento no quarto, eu dormi muito bem nas duas noites q passei lá. O colchão, travesseiro e roupa de cama eram maravilhosos. O banheiro também, apesar de necessitar reformas, foi completamente funcional, não apresentando qualquer problema para sua utilização. Como ponto positivo destaco o fato da pensão estar perto do tudo e de eu não ter visto qualquer inseto no local (apesar de haver marcas de sangue na parede).

It was a terrible experience. It's a place that doesn't live up to expectations. It was horribly cold, the radiator didn't work, and neither did the TV. We reported the incident at 4:00 PM, and they didn't show up with another radiator until 11:00 PM. When we plugged it in, the power went down. We weren't able to charge our phones, shower with hot water, or sleep in a room with temperatures over 18°C. We spoke to the people staying upstairs, and they were in the same condition as us. To top it all off, we explained that we had paid 70 euros for one night at this guesthouse, and the service we received was devastating, inhumane, and intolerable. They simply don't take responsibility for anything: it is what it is, there are no refunds. Please don't be guided by the photos; what you find when you arrive is what we're telling you. We hope to at least help future guests.

Due to an error I haven't yet figured out, the post office left our suitcase at this guesthouse. After several unpleasant phone conversations with the owner and a visit to another of her hotels, she finally gave it to us, but demanded 5 euros. We had paid for all our travel from Seville and this is the only place we've had a problem. Of course, we paid. Very unpleasant treatment.
