We do not recommend it, we already saw an opinion about a noise in the room that comes from behind the door in the light box, it sounds like an old alarm clock and does not let you sleep. The owner told us that the noise would go away after a while but that is not true, it remains all the time. We had to buy earplugs at the pharmacy to be able to sleep. The rest of the apartment, simple but neglected, needs an investment. We have been in Galicia for 10 days and this has been the worst by far.

The interior seemed a bit run-down overall, and the kitchen could be better equipped. The overall design isn't very cozy. The worst part, however, was that the heaters only come on at night, and they didn't even turn on then. Price-wise, and in terms of comfort, it was fine for one night.

To begin with, the photos on Booking.com make the apartment look much larger than it actually is; it's very small, especially the bathroom where the toilet is squeezed in, leaving only two or three centimeters of space on either side between the wall and the shower screen. When we showered, the water leaked out and made a puddle (there was a leak in the shower tray), the mirror light didn't work, and worst of all for me, when we first arrived the apartment smelled very clean (it was indeed handed over very clean, that's true), but when we returned a few hours later, everything smelled like that typical old, damp house odor, which we had to endure for two days of our stay. I discovered that there's quite a bit of dampness in the corners, and I suspect that the panel covering the entire wall behind the headboard is there to hide much of the dampness. For the price we paid, I don't think it's acceptable to stay in a place with dampness and that bad smell. The best thing about the accommodation is the location, and the automatic heating that comes on at night, leaving the room warm (although that horrible damp smell remains). The bed is comfortable, but little else.

We booked an entire apartment with Lorena, having been delighted last year, but this second experience made us feel cheated. The price was very expensive, not in keeping with the hole they put us in. We canceled as soon as we arrived because the place they put us in didn't match the pictures or the price. The entire apartment wasn't enjoyable, but, to our dismay, it had a locked door that prevented us from using and enjoying it. We also booked a superior apartment and thought it would be above the one we booked last year, which was a first-floor apartment. However, to our surprise, this apartment was on another street, in a different building, and on the first floor, making it claustrophobic and not in keeping with the high price. As soon as we saw this, we tried to cancel. They rejected our cancellation, kept our money, and made it available again. We were left without an apartment and without our money. On top of that, they charged us the cancellation fee, which we incurred as soon as we saw this disappointing apartment. And Booking.com doesn't protect the buyer or offer any solutions. Even though we canceled as soon as we arrived and saw the view, Lorena kept all our money. She didn't offer any other solution, nor did she refund any of it or anything. There are many photos of many different apartments, but not all of them indicate which ones, and when you book, you don't know which one you'll get. This can happen when you arrive. You can't cancel or get your money back, and you lose the apartment. Be very careful when booking here.
