Very disappointing experience. I had to change plans and fly out of Santiago one day earlier. I requested a cancellation weeks in advance (booking.com requested as well) but this place refused to provide a refund. After the initial response, they are not even providing responses to messages. You could have received a new guest? Now I have not cancelled and may use the place for one hour before my flight. Check in also starts from 4pm which is late.
It's a place to avoid, because the hotel is next to unattended. Nobody will really care for you here - be prepared! And the people you might have to deal with don't know any other language than Spanish. They have misplaced an item of mine and dealt with it in a very irresponsible way which caused a lot of anxiety to me. Besides that, they are trying to manipulate their ratings on "Booking dot com" by placing an instruction manual into each room how the guests are supposed to rate them. They are minimalistic and don't care about their guests. Minimal effort and maximum profit seems to be their policy.
Ok location, terrible beds, no practical parking and no AC (as advertised). But it's tough to handle in a middle of a heat wave... We had to book 2 rooms for our family of 4 given their size
Great location, so clean and fresh. So happy I've booked a return stay next year
Getting in contact with the owners was impossible after calling multiple times no response at all. It’s better to stay somewhere else as location is not ideal.
