1 / 5 I was doing a complete renovation of my home, and when I had to work a week's night shift, we contacted the manager of this hotel and explained that we needed a room to sleep in during the day, specifically in the mornings. He agreed, and we signed a contract. Not a single morning went by without the cleaning staff trying to enter the room, on several occasions, interrupting my sleep. To make matters worse, the bathroom was very old, the grout around the fixtures was in bad shape, and the whole room smelled like sewage. It was awful.
The manager didn't take down any identification or issue an invoice. Everything was paid under the table.
3 / 5 Good value for money. For a one-night stopover, it meets expectations perfectly. It feels like a ghost hotel; you never see anyone, not even at reception.
1 / 5 A terrible hotel in every sense. Very expensive for what they offer. Poor cleaning (they didn't clean our room because we hadn't left a note), poor service (we never managed to see anyone at reception), they didn't turn on the heating, and we were freezing, the pillows were used and hadn't been changed from the previous guest, we couldn't have breakfast because we hadn't booked (although it's better not to have booked, because breakfast is coffee and toast at most), the owner, instead of trying to solve the problems or give an explanation, answers rudely. In short, there's absolutely nothing even remotely correct about it. Definitely a place to never go to and one I don't recommend to anyone.
2 / 5 A very unpleasant experience. There was nothing available for breakfast because we hadn't made a reservation; the employee told us that at most, she would give us a coffee. Room cleaning was nonexistent; you have to leave a sign to get your room cleaned. There was a severe staff shortage; there was never anyone at reception. The room was spacious but neglected, very cold, and damp. The bathroom was large, but the hairdryer was missing its hose, and the sink kept getting clogged. The terrace was overgrown with weeds. The price did not reflect the quality.
1 / 5 A hotel I'll never return to again.
Several families stayed there last weekend, and we won't be returning.
There's no one at reception; you have to call to get help.
The owner is arrogant. When you tell him the truth about his hotel and the terrible service it provides, he doesn't accept it and becomes defensive and doesn't resolve the issue.
The pillows are worn from previous guests, hairy, and dirty.
They don't make up your room, let alone the bed, because there's only one person to make all the rooms (and the hotel isn't that big either).
They don't even turn on the heating, and you're freezing to death.
They don't give you breakfast. First, they tell you you can have coffee and pastries, and when you arrive at the hotel, they tell you that since you didn't book, they won't give you anything and that it would just be coffee.
The rooms' carpets are dirty from not having been cleaned in a long time.
In short, hygiene is conspicuous by its lack of cleanliness.
For the service they provide, the price is extremely expensive.
Therefore, we will never return to that hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone who asks.
Don't go to that hotel.
There are many other, much better options than this one.
