Everything was fine, well located. In our case, we were able to park right in front of the entrance for the two days we moved the car. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The stay is perfect for exploring Villaviciosa with two children. It's centrally located, allowing you to walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Well... it's the worst and dirtiest thing we've seen in years. I had a dog with me, and it turns out he called me screaming, saying he'd peed, when he hadn't, mainly because I have a housetrained dog, and as many know, a housetrained dog doesn't do its business at home, even when it's someone else's. Not only that, but these dogs obey absolutely everything. Well, he insulted me, threatened me... so as soon as I get home, I'll speak to my lawyer about the threats. On the other hand, speaking of the facilities: a double room with three beds and another bed that folds out... Uncomfortable, few bedding, the single bed didn't have a bottom sheet, only the top sheet was on it, and the mattress was stained from the year I coughed. They're uncomfortable. Speaking of the sofa, it hasn't been used, mainly because we arrived, dropped off our things, and went to visit Madrid, meaning my dog ​​can take it with me. The air conditioning didn't work; it kept turning off. We turned it on when we arrived, and it would turn off. My husband is an air conditioning installer, etc., and both the living room and the master bedroom are broken. There was a lot of noise, more from the street than from neighbors. The man who helped us didn't explain anything; we had to guess what it must be. In short, it was a bad experience. We only slept, got up early, and left. Plus, everything was tidied up and we took the little trash we threw away. Under the beds they clean it, the bathroom is also cleaned, and needless to say, the shower was DIRTY. We had to clean it before we could shower. Not recommended under any circumstances, much less in front of people who threaten you. I almost forgot, the owners must have come in when we weren't there because we were missing some bags that were meant to be used for wrapping gifts. Anyway, we travel to Madrid a lot for work, and we're clear we'll never stay again. Bad people.

Magnificent apartment, very attentive service from the host. It's located in one of the best spots in Villaviciosa. It's close to everything you need: restaurants, shops, a market, and the town hall. A bit of patience is required when looking for a parking space, but a quick walk around the area will help you find it. Highly recommended.
