A very sweet, reasonably priced, boutique hotel just past the last remnant of the Villaviciosa’s ancient town wall. Rooms are small but adequate. The decor is fabulous. The staff are super kind and friendly.
Colonial Style, nice, Clean and large rooms. Receptionist was such friendly Person, has organized save overnight for our bikes. Restaurant nearby
The stay at Hotel Avenida Real was very decepcionated and the staff wasn't polite with us. We had to wait for at least 50 min when we just arrive to access in to the hotel 😤 that is because there is no one at the recepcion and u have to call and then they come to open u. The rooms are small and the bathroom too. The price of the parking is 5€ not 7€ like the staff wants that you believe, I know that because the boss said to us in order to offer a parking place when we were very ungry with all the situation, saying that this was the price that the he has to pay to reserve it at the parking (the parking is not at the same hotel is a bit far from there). The other problem that we had was that at the room we only find one towel and not two !! Not recommended
Clean room, good breakfast, well equipped bathroom, very nice owner and close to the restaurants/city center and the Camino de Santiago.
