4 / 5 Nice 2 star hotel. Very clean, good location and good price
4 / 5 Friendly host and fine room but the beds madras was not so good and not long enough for a guy like me (193 cm)
2 / 5 My intention when booking was simply to spend a peaceful night and wake up rested, but the experience was far from that. The main problem was the mattress: more than a bed, it felt like a pit. When I lay down, I sank into the center with no way to move comfortably. The sensation was similar to trying to sleep on soft ground after several days of rain.
I woke up several times during the night, with my back aching and unable to find a comfortable position. Honestly, if I had known what the mattress was like, I would have preferred to sleep in my car. At least there, although uncomfortable, you don't have the feeling of being swallowed up...
As for the rest, the staff was friendly and the room was fine. However, when the essentials—rest—fail, everything else becomes less important. You pay for sleep, and what I got was an uncomfortable night that didn't live up to expectations.
5 / 5 Excellent hotel, unbeatable staff and cleanliness, very central location, very spacious and comfortable rooms, absolute silence for rest, very well decorated, the ladies in charge who served me were super friendly, highly recommended, I will stay there again.
1 / 5 We stayed on an abnormally hot February day. The heating was on full blast, and there was no way to turn it down because the hotel owner had stolen the radiator's dial. We held up well in the afternoon, but at night, the air was stifling, our heads ached, and our noses and throats felt dry. At 12:30 a.m., the radiator was still burning hot. There was no one at reception, and only a phone number to call. We called and were told that the heating had been turned off at midnight and that they had removed the dial because people were breaking them. But at 1:30 a.m., the radiator was still burning hot. After several attempts, they finally answered the phone and told us there was nothing they could do, that according to them, the heating was off because their cell phone was telling them so. At no point did they offer to come by the room to check the problem, nor did they offer any solution. The hotel itself admitted that it was at least 24 degrees in the room; I think it was higher. The atmosphere in the room became so unbearable that we left at 2 a.m., notifying the owner. She did nothing to compensate us, nor did she offer to let us come back another day, nor did she refund our money... We didn't ask for it either, but I assure you it's what I would have done. I had a tourist accommodation for 5 years and I never let a tenant down. If there was any problem, I would show up at the house. I never shied away from it because I considered this type of difficulty to be part of my job.
