After reading others reviews, I guess I got lucky. Àside from the smell of perfume, my room was okay. No bugs despite open windows, very clean, well painted, TV worked fine. Nice person at reception. All of that said, this is definitely not a family hotel. If you have kids, stay somewhere else.
Avoid. Despite the friendly phone call, avoid. Check-in times at the hotel are between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., there was still no one there. It was at 5:30 p.m. that I was given the room number and where to find the key, all over the phone. No one at the reception. At first glance, everything seemed clean. I went to take a shower, use the bathrobe, and that's when I realized the floor wasn't clean. You'll see it in the photo. Since there were mosquitoes, I closed all the windows and turned on the air conditioning. First, I killed as many mosquitoes as possible, and then I tried to turn on the air conditioning (which wasn't working. The remote control, yes, but the unit, no). I went over to the air conditioner to see what was wrong, and that's when I saw a spider crawling out of the unit (not counting the legs, it was 2 cm by 2 cm. I'll let you imagine with the legs). It went back into the air conditioner, so I sealed it in by plugging the hole with a small piece of toilet paper. Again, you'll see this in the photo. Back to the mosquitoes, I spent three-quarters of the night killing more of them in an attempt to sleep. You'll see this in the photos too. Oh yeah, no cold water. Lukewarm but not cold.

Never go there. They cut off our electricity at midnight. No heating in the middle of December, no hot water the next day. Nobody at reception. Nobody answered the phone. The cleanliness was barely adequate. It's a place where clients go with the prostitutes who hang around the hotel. It's located in an industrial park. Horrible!
