An outstanding bed and breakfast located in a charmingly beautiful hamlet. Olga and Steve are the most welcoming and wonderfully generous hosts. The rooms are impeccable, stylish, and comfortable. The breakfast was to die for. I would absolutely recommend Quinta dos Church. I, for one, will be back on my next visit to Portugal.
We spent two nights at Quinta dos Church in July whilst exploring a part of Portugal we'd not visited before. Olga and Steve were fabulous hosts and gave us a tour of their lovely farm where we enjoyed tasting different fruits from a variety of trees and plants. They provided a breakfast which was lovely and set us up nicely for the day. It's also a very popular stop with Pellegrinos on the Portuguese Camino Way. Great value for money and highly recommended.
The house is very sought after and clean with a large beautiful garden. I stayed in a bright newly and tastefully decorated large room in a very comfortable double (or king size) bed with a high quality mattress. Lovely attentive English and French speaking hosts. They offer delicious breakfast with organic eggs from their own chicken. I will definitely be back.
