Loved our room. Spacious, clean with a great bathroom. This hotel is centrally located. Had to close the windows at night because of street noise so it did get a bit warm in the room.
It exceeded my expectations. A lovely, cozy room, a very comfortable mattress, and a full bathroom with toiletries. Check-in is at another establishment about 200 meters away, and breakfast is available as an option. Very well located. They provide a complimentary bottle of water and coffee. The price of this accommodation in a city would be double or triple. Walking the Portuguese Way from Porto, this is number one.
Excellent accommodation for pilgrims and non-pilgrims alike. Spacious, very clean, and well-equipped room, and the bathroom was also very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only drawback, if I had to mention one, is that the reception is in another hotel 100 meters away, and that there's no elevator. Otherwise, it's a 10 out of 10.
The three-star rating for location is due to the "inconvenience" of having to walk to breakfast or use the pool. It's on the same street, but obviously it's not the same as being at the hotel. The rooms are modern with en-suite shower rooms. The downside is the lack of air conditioning. And if I had to find a fault, it would be the stairs. The service at the hotel was wonderful: attentive, polite, and friendly. The breakfasts offered a great variety, and the pool, although small, was sufficient for cooling off. And the parking was essential for me. I would try to return, but if possible, to the hotel.
