I never set food into the place so can’t judge that. However, I made an honest mistake booking this place and immediately recognizing I inadvertently booked it for the wrong day. I contacted them right away. Within 5 min after booking. No response. I went through the booking.com app and tried to reach someone. No response. I then canceled the reservation. Booking.com said I owe the full amount but can check with the hotel to see if they waive the fees. What started then was a 5 hour long exchange on the messaging up. They told me multiple times they couldn’t do anything. I would have to cancel first. I told them I did and the app is clear in stating the Ball was in their court. After a while their responses became first unfriendly and ultimately plane rude. When I asked them to stay professional they rejected my request to wave the fees. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Terrible service and especially attitude. Be aware!
Please beware! This is not a honest business. We had a reservation that we couldn’t make due to unforeseen reasons. We requested to change the reservation however they didn’t have availability for the night we needed. We requested to have the reservation canceled but, they still charged us for the reservation even though at the time we requested to have the reservation cancelled we still were within the free cancellation window. I would never book a room with this hotel ever again. We hope anyone that books a room with them knows what to expect from them!
This bed was the best!! Amazing view of the river and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The lady who checked me in was also a delight. She can suggest someone very close to provide an amazing massage. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Also there is a full kitchen if you are on the top floor.
Great apartment, very modern, coffe stand,friendly host. Good place if you walk the camino.
Despite the inital impact of a small old building, inside you will discover a very well kept and modern B&B. Thew host was very welcoming and put great effort to ensure our safety in this difficult moment. Great attention to detail in the room, with little treats and nice toiletries. Nice home-made breakfast.
