Despite the huge dorm room it felt very well split up. At a guess the main dorm sleeps around 50 people, but each column is in sections with large wooden bunks which give it more privacy. Beds were comfortable, came with curtains and blankets. Bathrooms were fine, hot water showers. I just wish the clip for the shower head wasn’t at waist height! The kitchen is big and modern, but a bit weird. They seem to have a lot of some things and a tiny amount of others. Like 3 sinks. 1 kettle. 100’s of plates and no small spoons. Also we all had breakfast in the dark because nobody could figure out how to turn the kitchen lights on. Still despite these things, I would definitely stay again. Great location, right on the camino trail.

If you have to stay here, it's fine. It's clean and centrally located, although the showers do not get hot, in my experience. The max check out time is the earliest I've seen anywhere EVER: 9 am (!), so keep that in mind. The staff weren't welcoming whatsoever. You are just a number on a bed here.

Great place to relax, huge communal area with loads of seats, tables fabulous, kitchen is large but only microwave, toaster kettle x2 each and large fridge. Dorms are large 14 beds each with lockers power points and some a door opens to a courtyard for fresh air. Beds are comfy built ins and covered on latex so no need bugs. Even has massage chairs 😄

Right on the doorstep of the camino beautiful and clean great beds with curtains for privacy, well appointed kitchen and the staff do your laundry (paid for of course)

The water from the showers had no pressure. No proper kitchen, be aware that should you decide to go for dinner in the town they will lock you outside if you arrived after midnight. The worst part and if you read the many reviews (I wasn’t even aware of this until dealt with this person) is definitely the owner Antonio! He is truly a rude person, told my partner that if she was hungry “she could eat outside” (it was raining outside) as the common areas were closed and you can’t stay there but he also told us to hurry up as he would lock us past midnight… Then he proceeded to school us that this a hostel and you should just eat earlier, and we don’t know how the Camino works. Antonio is truly a person full of itself that doesn’t understand how to treat his pilgrims/his customers! This was definitely the worst hostel I’ve been on my 1 month doing the Camino and it’s because of this guy’s attitude! I recommend choosing another hostel for this town as it’s not okay to threat people like they were kids… I could pass the showers, the beds that make to much noise or the outside area still undergoing construction. But rude people is just something that is definitely not part of a good experience in this pilgrimage… so yeah that was my experience unfortunately the only hostel that I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable simply because of this person, I’m just glad that a lot of people had the same opinion as you can see by the many reviews always talking about the rudeness of this person. Avoid this one my friends!! Safe travels!
