Staff is very helpful and the location is fantastic. However, the beds are uncomfortable, there is no noise insulation whatsoever, (you can hear your neighbors turn on the lights!), the rooms are very small and with no AC, and breakfast is just bread and coffee. Would not recommend.
Breakfast service is lovely. Araceli welcomes everyone like family and it’s amazing how she keeps everything flowing so smoothly! The thermal bath was wonderful, the beds are comfortable, water pressure and wifi are both really good, but breakfasts with Araceli were the highlight of our stay.
No AC in the room, the room was boiling hot.. my room location was too noisy outside and inside. The floors are all creaky so I had to deal with lots of noises during the night. Asides from the noise and heat staff were very helpful. Breakfast was not the greatest one I had so far it was ok. Location is right on the pathway to camino so very convenient.
Good location. Well preserved hotel. Bathrooms could do with better ventilation. A dinner menu would be nice with at least 2 options for starters and mains. If you didn't eat fish, you'd have a problem.
We booked this hotel as a treat after 4 days of hostels because they advertised having a thermal pool. We were disappointed to learn that you had to pay more to use the indoor pool. Also the showers only have half doors and the bathrooms flood easily. But it is a cute old building!
