Just great. Lovely rooms in a great location. Very central for everything. There was a Spa which seemed to be very well utilised by locals and visitors alike.
We just went to the thermal waters, not the hotel. And it was magnificent. We were doing Camiño de Santiago, so we booked like 30minutes before - the jets' treatment and the swimming pool. The team was extremely nice. The price was very reasonable. And after those delicious 45min, we stayed a bit in the cafeteria, and had the honour to meet the amazing Ivone. One of the best workers we found in Camin̈o. So sympathetic! Served us the best gin ever! To repeat :)))
Unacceptable! We were on the Camino and had been booked into this hotel but it was completely unacceptable. We ended up leaving in disgust and finding our own hotel for the night. Ok it is a dated hotel but having seen some other photos, we really must have been given the worst room in the place. Not clean, stained lampshades, charging points by bedsides didn't work etc etc. Thankfully our tour company agreed when they saw the photos and compensated us for the move.
Breakfast service is lovely. Araceli welcomes everyone like family and it’s amazing how she keeps everything flowing so smoothly! The thermal bath was wonderful, the beds are comfortable, water pressure and wifi are both really good, but breakfasts with Araceli were the highlight of our stay.
Staff is very helpful and the location is fantastic. However, the beds are uncomfortable, there is no noise insulation whatsoever, (you can hear your neighbors turn on the lights!), the rooms are very small and with no AC, and breakfast is just bread and coffee. Would not recommend.
