I would give 3,5. For the price you pay it’s fine. Just be aware that this is not a Pensión just airbnb flat with one bathroom and 4 rooms. The walls are also thin but earplugs save you. Great location though.
Clean, though dated, but still good... I wouldn't recommend it because the bathroom is very old and has a bathtub, which isn't very convenient for a pilgrimage or for accessibility reasons in general. It didn't have a non-slip mat. It didn't have a terrace or a kitchen (it was locked), not as a complaint, but as a piece of information. The bathroom was shared. You can hear the neighboring rooms a lot; you can easily make out their conversations. Advantages: location, laundromat across the street. And a Chinese restaurant.
It's very well located. They offer direct contact via WhatsApp for any issues and respond quickly. The house is clean. It provides dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I stayed in the room next to the bathroom, and it was a bit annoying to hear the bathroom door opening and closing every time (perhaps I was unlucky with the other guests that day). It was difficult to sleep because of it. But everything else is excellent. There's a market nearby with a good selection, and across the street there's a shop with washing machines and dryers.
It's an apartment converted into a supposed guesthouse. It lacks amenities and cleaning. We had nothing in the room, no television, mirror, etc. The bed and duvet were dirty and stained several times. The paint was peeling on the walls, covered in cobwebs. The shower, which is shared, has a dirty and stained screen. Customer service is also terrible, as you never see the owner, which makes your stay difficult if you have any problems. They also send Amazon packages to that address, and you have to play errand boy.
It's like an apartment divided into rooms with access to an annex. We rented a room with a bathroom during our camino, and as it turned out, we were the only ones in the entire apartment. I recommend it; it's practically in the center, but far enough away to be able to open the window at night.
