Pensión As Burgas

We had to call the police. The receptionist woman was extremely rude and agressive from the very outset. She was verbally abusive with uncalled for insults and racist remarks. She physically shoved us away nearly knocking some of us to the ground. She also completely ignored proof of our booking confirmation for five people which we had made and paid for through Booking.com six months in advance. She was only giving us a double bed and two single beds or nothing at all. It felt like she did not want us there because she had given our room to someone else as a last minute booking and more profitable alternative for her. Unless there is something seriously wrong with this woman we honestly cannot uderstand the violence and abusive treatment we received. Appauling, shameful, shocking, disgraceful and outrageous to say the very least. Looking at some other reviews now it doesnt look like this has been the only incident of the sort in this place. Minus -5 stars if there was the option!

WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! This was one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. Not only our reservation was a scam but the treatment received upon our arrival was rude, unprofessional and violent. You may end up sleeping on the streets or having to make a last minute reservation elsewhere. Sincerely,

For the price it's fantastic. Clean rooms, good shower, comfy beds and a small complimentary breakfast. Perfect! People leaving negative reviews about the place need to spend more money on their accommodation if their "standards" are so high or just stop moaning. Great place. Thanks!

The worst experience I ever had in my life! Please read the reviews in advance, do not book accomodation in this place!

I have stayed this place twice. The people who leave negative reviews about the bathroom being shared it is clearly stated numerous times that there is a bathroom that is shared. The staff here is super nice and they go out of their way to assist you in any way that you need if you ask. This is not a five star hotel this is a pensione. Keep that in mind if you plan to stay here. I will go over there good things that are here. The rooms are clean staff is friendly and you get a little bit of food and coffee for breakfast. There is a shared bathroom that is clean and well stocked. The negative I found was trying to get checked in. You have to call them on the number that you're given and then they will show up and let you in. Overall I highly recommend these people
