DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The worst place on the Camino. There is no soundproofing whatsoever, and all night long it felt like people were making noise right in our room. We booked a room for two with breakfast. We never got breakfast, although judging by other reviews, we didn't miss much. Both shared bathrooms were dirty, and the bedding was also of questionable cleanliness. The least comfortable accommodation in the entire two weeks of our trip. No kettle, no coffee machine, and certainly no kitchen as shown in the photo. No one answered the phone. We waited 20 minutes in the rain before someone answered and gave us access to the accommodation. No communication from the owner. It looks nice in the photos, but in reality, it's all cheap plastic and absolutely uncomfortable.
It is funny that reading the poor reviews for this place the owner always replies with a rude and insulting message. I think you can tell what kind of person she is from that The treatment my group received was shocking, the owner disagreed that we had booked for four people, even though we showed her the booking details and that the money had left our account. She was rude and unhelpful (and a hour late) - we booked a far better place in town and did not let it spoil our Camino. A rude reply will be posted saying it was my fault but I have three other witnesses to her behaviour. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Was clean enough and the staff was very nice, they gave me a bathtub at my request. but the room 406 was right next door to the elevator motor, so it was extremely loud until 11 pm. That should not be a room. Also the coffee machine was broken. I know how to use it and it didn't work. Location is perfect.
Booked a private room with bathroom due to medical requirements. Was downgraded to room with no facilities.
Terrible experience. I got a cancellation from the owner on the arrival day without any explanation. I have not received any explanation afterwards, nor have I received the refund of the amount I paid in advance.
