The cleaner showed up at 8 am and literally started pushing beds across the floor in the room next to mine. It seemed extremely unnecessary, not only to have to move the beds entirely, but to have to do it at 8 am. If they’re going to be loud, cleaning services should be done between when guests leave and when guests arrive. I had wondered why there were so many scratches on the floor where the legs of the beds are. Now I guess I know. You’re providing people with the service of a place to sleep. Don’t provide us with the service of an unrequested alarm clock too. I have seen this location’s response to negative reviews and I hope you take this seriously. There is no reason I should have been woken up at 8 am by beds sliding across the floor. You have cameras, please verify exactly what happened.
The accommodation is very good, the bed is cozy and the room is super clean. The only thing missing is that you can't find glasses or tea in the room, nor on the "reception." It has a shared bathroom, but it's super clean.
Clean but basic pension. Double room did not have AC but had a fan. Shared bathroom was clean but very humid.
I thought this was a very good double room near all the town's amenities. Sonia was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.
Very pleasant one-night stay on the Camino de Santiago stage. The decoration is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. It is renovated and cared for in detail. In addition, Sonia is very nice to me and helped me solve a problem with medication. I would repeat without a doubt.
