Agendei uma viagem no domingo, sem saber que vinha na terça-feira à noite depressão Kristian com ventos a atingir 140/170km ppr hora.Infelizmente era uma reserva sem direito a cancelamento por ser menos de 7 dias uteis, mas o Booking tem uma opção de pedir alteração de data, cliquei, segui os procedimentos e o responsável do alojamento não autorizou a alteração de data, não sendo nada flexível. O mais chocante é ser de uma zona bastante afetada, e quando várias entidades públicas pediram à população para não fazer deslocações desnecessárias para o Centro de Portugal (principalmente Leiria e Coimbra): "Neste contexto, a Turismo Centro de Portugal apela a todos os turistas e visitantes para que acompanhem atentamente as indicações das autoridades competentes, evitem deslocações desnecessárias para as zonas afetadas e adotem comportamentos responsáveis, contribuindo para a segurança coletiva." Fiquei com muita expectativa neste alojamento, que já não tenho. Quando for a Coimbra, que vou lá em breve. Já não irei escolher este alojamento.
The room was small and smelled strongly of cockroach poison as soon as you opened the door. The bathroom was filthy, the shower had bits of... I don't know what, hairs... and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling with wires where a light should have been. You could hear the footsteps of the upstairs neighbors and everyone who came through the door incredibly loudly. A very bad experience.
The internet was terrible, there was mold in the bathroom, and trash in the kitchen cupboard. Our TV also didn't work, and it was hard to get through to the administration. After we got through, a man came who didn't fix the TV problem, but said it would be fixed the next day. The next day, no one ever fixed the problem. I definitely wouldn't stay there again!
The room was small but cozy. The location was good. However, the lack of Wi-Fi and the broken toilet lid were unacceptable.
