The place is a bit old but it was a Clean place with a comfortable bed and nice rooms and friendly service and hot water definitely works! The location was great so close to supermarkets and go downtown or train station not that far! Nice location not uphill as well ! It needs to improve with the kitchen utensils and electric kettle !

On my first day in Portugal and faced too many problems at the hotel. This hotel is a total scam. The room was not the same as in the pictures. The toilet is right next to the bed and was all open, the whole room smelled like a toilet.

I didn’t even get to stay. They overbook people and then send you to a disgusting hotel they have nearby that is nowhere close to meeting the conditions expected for the price you’ve paid. To top everything off with my experience, they assured Booking (service provider I used to book my stay) that I ended up staying in the alternative they gave me when that isn’t true. I had to find myself an emergency air bnb and end up paying a little bit more.

Looks cozy but the sheets and towels were dirty (maybe just stained). There was no heating and the WI-FI only worked for half an hour. The water doesn't get very hot so you're left in a semi freezing room in winter. There was an extra blanket and that is the only thing that helped. The price was very accessible though.

First of all, we arrived and did not have the room we reserved, nobody told us. Second of all, the room we finally got was so dirty that i had to buy products to clean the room up myself ! We also had two cockroach for company during our stay, at least they were quiet compared to our neighbourgs. This place is a mess, not expensive for sure, but if you can put 5euros more by day i recommande you to run away as fast&far as you can
