It was a very interesting experience. The room are clean every day except you ask them not to clean. I spent over a week, and the customer service was interesting. It is situated beside the main road .aking it very accessible.
I'm a solo traveller. Great spot. I came in off the street with no reservation and they had a beautiful room ready to go. Good price. Good staff. Did a late checkout + they printed my bus ticket, and they were just really good to me.
Tiny, but clean room. Quiet, although next to a fire station. Staff: nobody speaks English, cleaning ladies are very helpful, receptionist not (did not even know, how to get to station Coimbra 2). If you want to do low budget, it's fine. Cafes nearby. Coumbra old town 7 min walk away. And ref to one other reviewer: they HAVE a lift!
Really cheap in both ways. Terrible decoration everything's very old. To get to rooms you need to climb a really long stairs, so if you're carrying heavy luggage it's not recommended at all. At night it is very noisy, people coming and going at all times, hotel personnel don't care at all. I had to quiet down noisy people myself.
The hotel is big and there are many rooms. It’s close to the city centre and the personnel is nice. But the toilet is dirty and the building is really old. The bedsheets are not clean.
