HI Coimbra – Pousada de Juventude

I had a pleasant stay at this Hostel ! The staff is super friendly, the bed is very comfy. The breakfast which is included is nice, there is a mix of several different foods and beverages to pick. Included are: A towel, shower gel and shampoo readily available in the showers, there are also clean bedsheets. Something that could be worked on: more space to put one's clothes on while one takes a shower.

Oh man one of the best sleeps I've ever had while traveling. Rooms were so cozy and a little cold, which was PERFECT. Breakfast was great and included which is generous. Showers are small but overall definitely loved this place.

Lovely place to stay, organised. You can use the app Bolt to arrive in the hostel for around 5 euros from the bus station. They have a nice breakfast space, just ladies room and organized areas! I recommend it! ✨

Beware travelers! Bed Bugs in the hostel. I had multiple bites and the staff was comprehensible and changed me to another room. But I noticed one of the guest was not moved from the infested room, that’s negligence from the staff managing the infestation. Besides that, the hostel is very old with cranky wooden floor and furniture, only one shower room is available out of the 3 floors, the windows is always on along with the light which fills the place with bugs.. Breakfast is nice with variety to start the day fresh. Location is central
