3 / 5 Mediocre, the entrance is outright daunting. Like entering a shopping centre. First thought, omg what have I booked. Friendly staff, elevator, very basic small room and so decided to go elsewhere after one night. Location is good though.
4 / 5 A centrally located spot that does the job with a few quirks. The atmosphere is calm, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location solid—walking distance to everything you need: bars, restaurants, markets and sites. My room was comfortable, but the plastic mattress and pillow cover gave me pause—felt like a quiet nod to possible bedbug battles past. Clean, minimalist and compact bathroom and a small balcony that begged for a chair but offered none. The building itself sits tucked inside a small shopping center, which has its own charm if you squint. Locals hang out nearby at night, chatting and playing music—it’s lively, not disruptive. Wi-Fi was moody. Fair price for what you get, but a few touches would elevate the experience.
5 / 5 After struggling through disappointing & misleading AirBnBs, we found this little gem of a hotel. Great staff, clean rooms, great location, good price, air conditioning, everything you might want for a short stay in Coimbra.
5 / 5 Terrific little hotel. It’s not much to look at from the street, but the lobby has a funky mid-century modern feel. The staff were terrific. The room great. Air conditioning and a balcony. Will definitely return next time we’re in Coimbra.
5 / 5 Lovely staff, room clean and comfy. Really nothing to complain about.
