Quiet and cozy BnB. The staff were very attentive and friendly. To consider before booking: the shower and bathroom was very small. I am 5'2, 130lbs and my partner is 6'2, 190lbs and and both of us squeezed through the shower and bathroom doors. Other rooms may be different. We stayed in the "Farmacia" room on the 1st floor. I appreciate the check in texts and details before our arrival so we knew what to do before getting there. The terrace has great views and is perfect for lounging outdoors. Right near the University. The gentleman who was setting up breakfast in particular embodied hospitality. Our room was small but with a great view, but there are larger options. Would recommend and stay again!
Very beautiful place! Extremely clean and the room I got had the perfect size. Ema was extremely helpful and kind. The only thing I didn’t like was that the check in can only be done between 3pm and 5pm, but according to the staff that’s not an issue since they can give you instructions on how to access the building. The breakfast is very simple, but very delicious.
Best place to stay in Coimbra! Amazing and super friendly service. Great location with free parking (by the street). Delicious breakfast and beautiful views. Very central and walking distance for all the important locations in Coimbra. Very big rooms and all, always very clean. If you plan to visit Coimbra, please stay here. Your experience is going to be elevated.
Perfect hotel for couples! My boyfriend and I loved our stay. Our room was so pretty, very clean, with a large balcony. The view from the rooftop terrace - where a delicious breakfast is served every morning - is amazing. Finally, the staff are all very kind and helpful. I hope to come back in the future
I had a really good time at this place. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfy with nice views to the city and the Mondego river. The air conditioner cools the room quickly and evenly and the wi-fi works properly. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the University of Coimbra, Republic Square, and all major attractions the city has to offer including the Santa Cruz Church and the Old and New Cathedral. Many restaurants are also in close proximity to the hotel. I strongly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the near future.
