I celebrated my birthday at Avenida Palace Hotel in February, and it was an unforgettable experience! The service was exceptional, and the special birthday surprise from the hotel made my stay even more memorable. We enjoyed live music in the lobby while admiring the beauty of the hotel's stunning historical interiors. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh-squeezed juices and a great selection of high-quality options. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and charming stay!
One of the best 5 star hotels we ever visited. Perfect location. Old style with traditions. Each detail makes to feel you comfortable. Good trained staff. The room is very well equipped with a bath and heater in the bathroom. Very comfortable bad. Coffeemaker in the room. Each day small pleasant surprises. Furniture is of good quality and well maintained. Special thanks to the restaurant. The breakfasts were ideal for us as we are not gluten and lactose lovers. The variety and quality of food is very impressive. The hotel is old but not at all shabby. We felt as we got to the old good times with perfect service and quality. Would recommend for 100 percent. If we come to Lisbon next time would stop there!
Beautiful hotel with pleasant and attentive staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous.Great views from our corner room. Loved the breakfast. Hotel left chocolates and gifts in our room nightly. Location is excellent.
Great location especially if you want to grab the train to Sintra. Rooms are quiet and the whole hotel has kept true to its history. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, both the food and the room itself. Would definitely come back even though the beds are a little on the hard side. The staff are all exceptional, and the ability to park out front is a massive value add.
This is our goto hotel in Lisbon. The breakfast is beyond belief, and the service is five star. Concierge arranged stellar limousine service for middle of night trip to airport. Location is exactly where we like it. Next to huge Starbucks, attached to train station, steps from metro, or simply walk to most places of interest. We stayed an entire week.
