We booked for 3 nights. Despite several requests, our room was never cleaned. One time, housekeeping came around 4 PM to offer to do it, but we had put the "Please make my room" sign out at 9 AM! It was so late that we declined. The pool: we wanted to enjoy it. It had just been cleaned. We were told it was fine to use. Not even 5 minutes later, our eyes were burning terribly due to the chlorine. We got out quickly and complained. After checking, it turned out the cleaning wasn’t finished and the chlorine level was way too high. No one had checked before allowing guests to use it, which is serious and dangerous. We had to consult a healthcare professional because the burning sensation in our eyes persisted long after the experience. It's absolutely shameful. The bathroom sealants were not in great condition, and we found a small dead cockroach in the bathroom. Not great. On the positive side, the bed was of good quality, the view was excellent, and the location is convenient. But the hotel is very expensive for the service provided.
Lovely place to stay. I was sad to only be spending one night there. The breakfast was included in stay and had a good mix of sweet and savoury. There sauna and small pool was also great to use at your leisure.
Great wee hotel nestled in the centre of the city, lovely views over the landscape. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need, the spa is an added bonus to relax after a day of climbing the many hills and stairs. They serve a lovely breakfast in the morning with plenty to pick from and keeps you well fed for the busy day ahead.
Truly unique boutique hotel. Everything is exquisitely designed. I'm staying at a suite with a beautiful view.
One of the best views of the city. Amazing location to visit Lisbons’ downtown. The room was spotless and I really enjoyed the decor and specially the quality of the mattress!. The staff was very helpful and provided all the tips. Breakfast had lots of vegetarians options. Finally: try the spa! You can book it all for yourselves! ❤️ can’t wait to go back! PS- free “pasteis de nata” are available all day long!
