16/02/25 -19/02/25 - Made very welcome, hotel central to everywhere, staff were great nothing was any trouble. Spa and massage was fantastic special mention to Elisa for doing a very relaxing massage for my birthday. Also the front of house staff arranging a surprise slice of birthday cake and fizz in the room , didn't expect it. Rooms and hotel was very clean. Breakfast nice selection.Will certainly return, thanks everyone.
The staff at this hotel have been very welcoming and great overall. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, markets and good restaurants. If I was to give any downsides, would be the comfort of the bed, not the worst but not the comfiest either. Overall great stay and will be back.
The hotel’s location was excellent, and it was clean. However, the rooms were quite basic. Breakfast was decent, not amazing but acceptable. Most of the staff were polite and helpful, except for one lady who wasn’t as courteous as the others.
Bar service was non-existent FOR US. Even though initially we were the only people seated at the bar. We(wife and I) sat AT the bar two nights in a row. There was no acknowledgment of existence while making eye contact with bartenders. No menus offered, good afternoon, how's your stay. Others walked in, and before they sat down, they were greeted with menus. The hotel staff witnessed the issue and immediately offered excuses. Maybe it was because we were wearing jackets.
very friendly hotel, very comfortable accommodations. breakfast spread had great variety and quality food. would definitely stay here again!
