Lovely hotel in a really central location. Everything within walking distance. Although we didn’t use the metro it’s really close by and the train station. Hotel staff particularly the reception and bar staff are fantastic. Restaurant food was excellent we ate in both nights but the staff in the restaurant were no where near as good as the rest of the staff. Particularly the breakfast staff. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food was not overly hot. However I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Fantastic hotel in downtown Lisboa with great access to all the shopping and cultural areas. The staff are particularly to be praised at this venue, couldn't do more to make your stay delightful. It was my birthday and not only was I greeted with a happy birthday but a delicious slice of cake appeared at around 4pm. Breakfast is buffet style and very sumptuous. Despite being on a busy and entertaining square, we weren't disturbed by noise, not even the trams going past. I really loved this hotel fir location, style and ambience, but most of all fir the staff who went to extra efforts to make our stay wonderful.
Amazing location BUT The rooms are extremely hot and the air conditioner is set to heat only. We went down in the middle of the night, literally sweating, to ask the staff to make our room cooler. They told us there is nothing to do. We came back in the morning to talk with the manager, no luck. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel that is part of a known hotel chain In general, the rooms are small (as in pictures), and the bed is very very soft.
A nice and cozy hotel situated perfectly if you wanna experience the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and functional. A few more electrical outlets wouldn't hurt though. L'occitane bathroom products was a nice touch! They offer spa treatment for an added cost, I recommend trying the turkish steam bath which was very pleasant. The only real downside was the restaurant staff was not very service oriented. It felt like we were bothering them. We didn't order food, but we had drinks each night.
The staff were fantastic. Steam room / Turkish bath on food was ideal. Gym was ok - could have more stuff but was fine for me for a couple days. Room was great. Location is unbeatable. Loved interacting on WhatsApp - so easy. Breakfast good value also. Would stay again.
