4 / 5 Great location, close to a metro station and train station. Also at a short walking distance of many of Lisbon's highlights and many restaurants and shops.
The staff was friendly, helpful and the hotel is kept very clean.
The downsides are the beds which are quite hard and not comfortable, and the fact that it's very isolated. You can hear what's going on in the corridors and surrounding rooms as well as the street. We could hear everything in the street from the 3rd floor.
3 / 5 Great Location and Friendly Staff, But Not Ideal for Families or Accessibility
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Rossio, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff and workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel was very clean; I didn’t notice anything out of place in terms of cleanliness.
However, there are some significant drawbacks. The elevator is located on the first floor, requiring guests to climb a long set of stairs to access it. This can be quite inconvenient, especially if you’re traveling with children, strollers, heavy luggage, or have mobility issues. To make matters worse, the elevator is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person with bags, which adds to the difficulty. Furthermore, there’s no staff available to help with luggage.
The breakfast offered is very limited, and while it’s sufficient, it doesn’t stand out. The rooms, unfortunately, are quite outdated, very small, and the toilets are uncomfortably tiny.
Overall, this hotel might be a good choice for couples looking for a clean and centrally located place near Rossio, but it’s not well-suited for families, those with disabilities, or anyone needing extra space or assistance.
