This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in by far. The hostel is clean, the rooms are really nice, the ambient is perfect. The people are very friendly and welcoming, the dinner is really good and cozy. Amazing home cooked meals with everyone from the hostel, in a very nice dining room. Not a single negative thing to say about it. Rosalia's porridge for breakfast is really good as well! If you stay in Lisbon do not hesitate to stay here, it's perfectly located and a great experience!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Home Lisbon Hostel = Unexpectedly Amazing 😄🔥 What started as a simple hostel stay turned into a longer Lisbon adventure thanks mostly to my questionable travel planning 😂. When I suddenly needed to extend my stay while the hostel was nearly full, I was expecting stress… but Vanessa handled everything so effortlessly that I’m convinced she has some kind of magical room management powers 😄. Calm, professional, and incredibly helpful, she turned what could have been a headache into a completely smooth experience. Manel was equally fantastic genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always bringing positive energy. The staff here truly make the place feel special. The hostel itself is honestly impressive. Spotlessly clean, incredibly well organized, and with an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between social and relaxed lively when you want it, peaceful when you need it. Some hostels give you a bed, but Home Lisbon Hostel gives you an experience 😄🔥 Some places you stay at… and some places genuinely become part of your trip. Home Lisbon Hostel definitely falls into the second category. Highly recommended would happily return!

Just got back from my first trip to Portugal and I'm very glad I chose this hostel - it's by far the best one I've ever stayed at. The Dinner with Mama and Bingo Night created a very welcoming environment and made it easier to connect with other guests. I walked away with several new friends! The location is within walking distance of different public transit, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The facilities themselves are pretty good too - everything you'd hope to have from a hostel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here, I know I'll definitely be back!

Although you pay a bit more for this hostel, you also get a bit more. Good beds, nice showers, delicious and good breakfast. A well organized place with the sweetest staff! Thank you Gui for the sweet smiles, Rosalia for being so helpful and Vanessa for welcoming me. Hope your dog has an amazing birthday soon. :) Mamas diners is a wonderful concept and is just the perfect way to get to know the others. Thank for creating such a nice and safe community.

Great hostal experience. Yasmin at check-in was super nice and quickly made me feel at home. They have communal dinner with great food cooked by Mama. And Rosi at breakfast was awesome, super nice and fantastic food. Vini and Gui were incredibly friendly and helpful at checkout. Overall great experience, Wish I could've stayed longer!
