Avoid at all costs. I booked this hotel through Booking, terrible. To make things worse, the hotel hides behind the “non-refundable” policy. When you contact them, they blame Booking; when you contact Booking, they blame the hotel. In the end, no solution, no responsibility taken, and the money is lost. It seems this happens regularly. The hotel does not meet basic hygiene or service standards. Honestly, it shouldn’t even be operating. I strongly recommend not booking here. You’ll likely lose your money and your peace of mind
Very poor experience, Room was dirty dirty ana and I wae was shifted from one bad room . nhalnful. Definitely to another. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend this hostel
I stayed there for 5 days my whole experience was very worst I paid good amount for this hotel. They are showing the different photos of the rooms on the website but actually they don't have these kind of rooms. They have the worst rooms with full of cockroaches and insects. Even tho the window was without cover. Toilet pot was broken. The tap was leaking continuesly. They mentioned on their website for every dayhouse kipping.Actually they don't do any kind of housekipping. So my experience was very very worst in this hotel. I don't suggest to any one to waste their money on this hotel. In short I will give 0 out of 10 to this hotel.
There was mold under the entire wallpaper, the rod for the curtain fell off when looking at it and there was no roller blind. The "bathroom" was unfunny with a transparent curtain separated from the honest room and the shower had both leaking and fallen apart. After a short remark, we were able to change the room without any problems, nice staff and the new room was appropriate.
DO NOT STAY. Thought it would be worth for the price, but was eaten by BED BUGS and found cockroaches. Management refuses to acknowledge. On top of the that room literally fell apart, mold, and terrible smell. Find any other option.
