It’s basic but quite clean room. Good shower, air con & great it had a mini fridge tho our tv didn’t work & the hotel lost power one day due to construction being done. Fantastic location if your looking for a good central location place for a decent price then it’s a good hotel

Hate to say it but was really disappointed with this hotel. The photos online did not accurately reflect my dark, dingey room on the third floor. It looked like the floors below may have been refurbished so possibly I was unlucky. The toilet cubicle I couldn't close the door so lucky I was staying alone. On the plus side the location is great right in the heart of things in a pedestrian only area so you will have to walk a short way to it. Hotel kindly arranged a 4am airport transfer for me which was a flat $20eu rate paid in cash to driver. In summary if you're on a budget then maybe try here but if can afford somewhere else then I would.

its marketed as one star hotel but honestly, its a 3 star hotel for me. everything exceeded expectation. it was clean and new so dont let the 1 star scare you off. For the price and location, il give 5 stars review. There is no free water in room. I can say it is probably better than some of the more expensive 4 stars. If u booked a 4 star, u might risk bookin a rotten egg and payin a premium but if u book this place, at least youve guarenteed yourself a win on the money side of things.

I would like to share some observations from my recent stay to help improve the guest experience: Solo Travel Suitability: The room is adequate for solo travelers, though I noted there is no in-room safe for storing valuables (e.g., wallets, passports, electronics). Guests should be informed that secure storage incurs an additional cost. Room Amenities: While complimentary water was appreciated, the shower drain did not function properly, leading to frequent flooding during use. This requires urgent attention. Noise Levels: Due to the central tourist location, noise from outside (particularly conversations at night) was disruptive. Additionally, daytime construction on the ground floor further impacted comfort. These issues significantly affected my stay. I hope this feedback aids in enhancing future guest experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Do not stay in this hotel! I can’t fault the location, you are right in the heart of downtown Lisbon but that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself looks quite shabby, but not in a chic way. The lift was clunky and was terrifying. The fire exits and fire extinguishers were minimal. When I got to the room, it was dirty, and there were lots of signs of wear and tear which made the room look even dirtier. The windowsill had a layer of dust on it. The room stank - it was a weird musty smell which is still lingering on me even though I’ve checked out. I wasn’t given the WiFi Password when I checked in. I sat in my room for a couple of hours and tried to tell myself it wasn’t too bad… but something felt very off, uncomfortable and unsafe. I found another hotel and checked out. My advice, pay a little bit more and stay in a much nicer hotel!
