Hotel Portuense Lisboa

We stayed 3 days at this centrally located hotel. The metro and trams to all the main attractions are close by. Being very central, we were also able to reach many places on foot. Many places to eat are nearby. The staff is kind and attentive, always smiling and available to satisfy requests. If I returned to Lisbon, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

It was a really good stay for the 3 of us - the location is absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly and came out voluntarily to help with our bags once the car stopped in front. Would have been great if there was a hot water kettle in the room, or at least have hot water on tap all the time in the breakfast room.

Highly recommend this hotel. We chose it for location as well as availability of a family room. It’s family owned and operated and they take great pride in their hospitality and service to customers. The breakfast was surprisingly generous. Located near many restaurants and shops but on a small side street that is quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Spent 5 nights in the heart of the city. Five minute walk from Rossio metro station. Clean modern rooms, a little noisy in street facing rooms. Staff are very professional and helpful, downloading and printing out attractions and booking evening meal at nearby restaurant. Breakfast is limited but good. Would definitely stay there again

Great location close to Rossio square. The subway station is 7 mins away by walking. The room was clean and relatively small with limited area for luggages. However, the room had a nice balcony on the 5th floor with a nice city view. Housekeeping was provided as requested in the morning. The breakfast was simple with varieties of pastries and eggs.
