We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean. It was pleasantly quiet, allowing for restful nights, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the umbrellas available for guests to take out for the day, it was a rainy week. The hotel also had US-type electrical outlets. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, and any questions we had throughout our stay. The restaurant was a highlight of our visit. We were thrilled to have booked with breakfast included, and we enjoyed returning for dinner every night—the food was fantastic! Overall, we had a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel!

We had a phenomenal time at this hotel and were absolutely blown away by the outstanding service—not just from the concierge but from every staff member, including the housekeeping team. Every time we returned to our room, it was spotless, with a fully replenished mini-bar (all included, by the way!), fresh desserts, and even a welcome bottle of wine. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Their afternoon tea with desserts was delightful, and the room service was both lightning-fast and delicious. But the highlight? The best cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life—and that’s saying a lot because I’ve had cappuccinos in over ten different countries! This hotel truly goes above and beyond. Keep up the amazing work, guys!

We stayed at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon for four nights, and overall, we had a positive experience. One of the hotel’s strongest aspects was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They responded quickly to our requests and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location was also a great advantage for exploring Lisbon. However, we were disappointed with the airport transfer service. When arriving at the hotel, we booked the transfer through them and were charged €55. On our way back, we used Uber, which cost only €12. This significant price difference made us feel that the hotel’s transfer pricing was not fair. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its service quality and location, but I would advise being cautious about additional services like airport transfers.

1. Broken Heater, No Response – The room was freezing, asked for maintenance twice. Never showed up. Had to wear sweater all night I was here. 2. Thin Walls, CONSTANT Noise – every time another room’s door closes, my room literally shook. Plus drilling and dragging sounds from upstairs (don’t even know what this is) - unbearable. 3. Terrible Room Placement – Despite my 6 night stay, assigned a room next to the garbage/cleaning area. Sound of dumping glass bottles EVERY MORNING. 4. Found a shoe print stain on the blanket on day one. 5. Not a 4-Star Hotel – Realistically, a 3-star at best. The service and facilities don’t match the rating. 6. Pro: Location – But there are numerous other hotels nearby, I wouldn’t recommend this one. 7. Restaurant is nice. Friendly staff. Good food. Overall very inconvenient stay, very disappointing.

Great hotel in a great location. We had room 411, spacious room, powerful shower, floor to ceiling windows and doors. AC was warm even though I tried to turn it down a couple of times and we could hear the people in the room above us a few times, nothing too bad. Breakfast was great, staff are helpful and polite
