Hotel was in a great location. They have conjoining rooms so I kept being disturbed by the person next to me at all hours of the night despite the “quiet hours” in Portugal. I had to call down to reception to have them amend the situation. The individual was very loud but also the hotel door connecting the rooms was really the issue. I didn’t find the beds that comfortable either. All in all great location and decent price. But I would not stay here again due to being woken up every night.
Incredible deal this time of year and was very impressed. Room was quiet and more than large enough for two of us, location was perfect for strolling around to look at the Christmas lights in the area. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and a special shoutout to Diogo ( I think I have that right ) who went above and beyond to answer questions for us and another customer. Will definitely stay here again!!
A small hotel with extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Answered every question and gladly held our luggage when we arrived before check in and also after check out. Rooms were clean and efficent. Location can't be beat. Would stay again.
Great location, close to everything. Very helpfull and attentive staff, quick service. Spotless room, bedding, towels, bathroom. Everything in the room and bathroom worked.
