Internacional Design Hotel

Stayed here a while back for 4 nights when I visiting Lisbon. The breakfast is very good, lots of options and very good quality. The rooms are of decent size however, the bathroom door is see through, very limited privacy which I did not like at all. Also we ran out of shampoo and told the reception to replace it for us and they forgot twice, very unprofessional. I have to mention that the staff were very friendly however.

If you like contemporary vibes, be closer to everything and great artworks this is the place to stay in Lisbon. The location is fantastic, next to main attractions with a superb restaurant in the first floor. The lobby is misleading and seems small for this kind of hotel but once inside you can see the marvelous place you are in. Try to go to every floor in all the hotel two towers to look for the art. I stayed here just after staying at another Hotel in Lisbon. And although we had a minor inconvenience at the beginning, but a great hotel is known for its management. The manager himself -Luis- made everything amazing so I could happily enjoy my wedding anniversary.

Very very nice hotel upgraded us it was our 40th wedding anniversary and they send up a lovely piece of cake it was delicious everything we needed was satisfied right away breakfast very good in a great location 10 10 all the way

Have you ever felt like you paid for and expected one thing but received something TOTALLY different? This was our experience with Internacional Design Hotel. First I will begin with the good. The hotel is very centrally located, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well in the room. I booked a standard room with an exterior view. By the pictures on their website it looked like they offered nice, basic, clean rooms. Maybe we drew the short end of the stick but as you can see by the pictures I took we got a very different room from what they advertise on their site.

We enjoyed our stay at the Internacional Design Hotel during our holiday in Lisbon. The location was ideal, with famous landmarks, restaurants, dessert shops, a supermarket, and souvenir shops all within easy reach. The hotel staff provided excellent service and welcomed us during our stay. The hotel had a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient. We dined there regularly and found the food to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced, with a focus on fresh seafood. The room was small and dated, but the housing staff did a great job of keeping it clean and tidy every day to make sure our stay was comfortable. Fresh drinking water was provided daily, and that was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Internacional Design Hotel and appreciate the staff's efforts to make it as comfortable as possible. We want to thank the concierge, who greeted us with a big smile and provided friendly service throughout our stay.
