The room smelled wonderful and was very quiet. It was spacious, the shower had a strong water pressure, and the heating worked quickly and comfortably. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and the view of the square from the window was fantastic.
Fantastic hotel and stay! Highly recommend. We were traveling as a family of four and it was perfect. You cannot beat the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. It is a little more like a super upscale hostel than a hotel (self-check-in, no 24/7 front desk) but that worked for us. Especially since the staff were still very communicative via email and whatsapp and in-person when they were present. Truly could not recommend enough.
Great place. Easy to find & get into, with a nice social space. Room was big enough & clean but the best part was the view from the window out onto the square. Sound insulation was incredible too, almost silent in the room which was so nice.
Very nice and celan rooms at a perfect location. Many restaurants and sights are within walking distance and several metro and tram lines stop near the hotel. A very good deal for a city trip to Lisbon!
Great hôtel, top location and great views. Simple interior. Doors between children and adult rooms would be an improvement. No breakfast but there is so much to choose from outside the hotel that it's not required. Price is good. Nice bathrooms
