One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so kind and welcoming with great recommendations. They have plenty of activities in property and breakfast is included with your stay. It is so conveniently placed with a 4 minute walk to the metro station that connects to everywhere else in the city. Everything is very walkable too. I would 100% stay here again. My room was a 4 person dorm with private bathroom and it was clean and with so much space ! Shoutout to the staff
I got bed bugs when i stayed here, I told them this and they send me a very generic mail back (copy paste). Also my towel got stolen and this has never happened to me before and I stayed in 100+ hostels in a lot of different countries. Then they cancelled my booking on Hostelworld so I couldn’t leave a review there anymore, I don’t know what happened there. I understand that this is not the hostels fault about the bedbugs and overall it was very clean. I did like the hostel with free breakfast and close to a metro station. The staff was also nice and helpful. But the guest staying there were all old and one guy harassed me, by touching me, when I was sitting in my own bed. Which wouldn’t have happened if their female only dorm was not so much more expensive. Otherwise I would have stayed there. Overall this made the experience very bad.
The staff are very welcoming and attentive(very nice people) and this resonates throughout. The hostel is cosy, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served and there are daily activities available for guests. It is located just a few minutes from the Metro. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the lovely city of Lisbon.
The hostel was super clean and the bedrooms were really quiet. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Amazing free breakfast (12/10 for the pancakes 🤩) and there were lots of activities such as free walking tours, pub crawls, etc. It’s a bit of a walk to Alfama, but the Metro connection is awesome. Would recommend!
Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception. It is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.
