Had a super fun stay here! Rooms are quite spacious, washrooms and showers are clean. Sangria every night, and soup on Sundays. Pub crawls, tours they have everything you need to have a great time in Lisboa.
Great place for traveling backpackers and college students Internationally friendly and is located in the middle of everything. The rooms are cleaned, and the beds are alright. They will charge you a city tax in cash for your stay.
Bed bugs friendly... When I arrived in this hostel on 22nd October, I asked the woman at the front desk if there were bed bugs in the bedrooms as I had just read recent reviews mentioning them. She answered there weren't any. 5 days later : I have been bitten at least fifteen times and those bites do look like bed bugs bites. The more I had, the less I slept. I just came back home, spent the whole evening washing all my stuff, threw out my suitcase, my backpack, my jacket...for fear of having some of them inside. What was supposed to be a vacation in Lisbon has been a nightmare. The woman who welcomed me was really nice to me, maybe she wasn't aware of the problem. This question is for the people owning this hostel : honestly, how can you let people sleep in those beds ? How many Google reviews complaining about it do you need to do something ? I was in room 12, bed n°5. So... unless you want to become the favorite fast food of a bed bugs family, don't go there.
Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of three, the hostel did not inform us prior to our arrival that we had two nights but in different rooms. Just felt very inconvenient as they had us check out and then in the day between our stay, likely would stay here again but would request not to have to change rooms. Otherwise very nice hostel, they have amazing bathrooms, free sangria and soup, very close to downtown and a lot of restaurants nearby
Very good and value delivered! They are managing everything including the bedbugs quite well. I only saw two on walls but never saw one in my bed or got bitten after staying for more than a week.
