the hostel is very well located. the staff was nice but i had problems with my booking reservation. I booked a room with private bathroom but when i get there, i discover that my room was not the one i booked; i had to pay more to change the bedroom. the hostel is for single travelers. if you’re looking for party and nsfw things you’re at the right place.

The Best place for Lisbon Party Experience. Dara is the best receptionist in the Planet. She helped me with everything. Clean and nice. Enjoyable price

I stayed at Party Zone Hostel for four nights, paying a total of €204.50. [Cons] Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The noise levels made it extremely difficult to sleep. There is a bar located on the ground floor, and noise from neighboring rooms was constant. Additionally, the floors were extremely squeaky, so footsteps could be heard outisde and even from the floor below. The bed itself was uncomfortable; I weight around 50 kg, I found that it lacked support and sagged noticeably. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the bed slats had been installed incorrectly, facing downward instead of upward (had to fix it myself afterwards). On some nights, the room light would flicker or fail to turn on altogether, which was inconvenient. [Pros] The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom, while quite small and not ideal for plus-sized individuals, was relatively clean and would be cleaned time to time. Both the bed and mattress appeared clean as well. The hostel is also located in a convenient area, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Overall Impression Considering the price, I did not find this stay to be good value for money. Unfortunately, it would not be among my top choices for future bookings. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

It was terrible, there’s someone sleeping in my bed and they’ve announced one thing on the website and it’s completely different in reality. I had no bed to sleep for my first night and I had to sleep in someone’s bed, I was lucky that the person gave me permission to stay overnight. The staffs and the location were the only good part.

Review: Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend We traveled to Lisbon for a holiday and booked a private room with a bathroom through Booking.com. Trusting the platform, we prepaid for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely negative. On the first night, someone entered our room without us noticing and stole my backpack. It was only in the morning, when the staff knocked on our door, that we recovered the backpack – but my passport was torn. This place is not safe. We filed a report with the police and immediately left the accommodation, without any refund or support. On top of the stress and insecurity, we ended up spending much more money in Lisbon than in the rest of the country. It was a very bad and sad experience because nowhere else in Portugal did we feel this way. Someone entered our room while we were sleeping, which is unacceptable for any establishment that claims to be even minimally professional. I do not recommend this place to anyone and, honestly, I believe it should not even be listed on Booking.com. I would still like to mention that the staff were kind and helpful – unfortunately, they are not to blame for the complete lack of security in the building.
