I personally would love to thank the young receptionist for the hospitality. I want to recommend this hotel to people with a low budget, it's very close to the metro station where you can move freely and easily between areas and places. I personally want to go back if I can.

This hostel is cringe. Although the staff is nice and willing to help, we were on the top floor where one cannot stand (the roof is low). I would not recommend to stay there if I was travelling alone as a girl. Indeed the atmosphere is particular, there are sex toys everywhere at the reception. For me this kind of place was created to feel like it is « cool » but the result is not there. Also the bathroom was dirty, sink filled up with hair. The location is really good and the price is cheap. But you know what you are getting.

Worst journey Staff enters while you are in your room. Bed without proper sheets, and so dirty that they look black. Bad smell in the bedroom. Very bad insonorisation. Broken noisy bed with wood pieces missing. Staff that ghosts you when you try to talk about it. Never go there.

The place is an abandoned place. After paying two nights for reception, you are required to pay a 50 euro cash guarantee.

We were scared after reading all the negative reviews but it turned out to be pretty decent. It is an old building and so is the sealing. There’s a rooftop bar across the street, so yes, you can hear people shouting until midnight. Our room was ok, and so it was the floor. We felt safe and comfortable. Staff was really kind and polite. Location is superb. Of course it could be cleaner, new and renovated, like many other hostels in Lisbon.
