Very good property location. Everything was automated from booking, checking in, and eventually checking out. I was a bit sceptical on how this process would be since I was supposed to check in after midnight, but it all worked like a charm. The pillows and the bed linen were immaculate and clean. The room did not have any order. The size of the room was much smaller, though, but a window towards the street was there. A bit disadvantage was the noise from the restaurants downstairs. The bathroom was on sharing but was available most of the time and was well maintained. For me, the location was of the most importance, so the experience was good.

Pretty good value for a good location in Lisbon. My room (503) was very small but the bed was surprisingly comfy! The place is clean and the kitchen has the essentials, although a hot water kettle would have been convenient for making coffee/tea. Shower water gets hot and they do provide you with a single towel (a second towel would have been nice). I can confirm that yes, as of this posting there is still construction going on right outside. I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me - this is a city after all and you’re gonna have noises outside constantly. It’s part of the ambiance. Also there is no A/C in the room. I had to sleep with the window open to be cool enough, but it was perfect. I would imagine in August this would be uncomfortable.. All in all, this is a perfectly fine apartment building good for travelers passing through or remote workers. I enjoyed my stay. Check in and out was simple. Last thing - I did find it difficult to get in touch with a manager. I wanted to extend my stay but no one replied through the contact channels I had (via Hostelworld). This could be improved.

We stayed one night here in a private room. The room and bathrooms were clean, tidy and a good size. It was easy to find, and the elevator was appreciated! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 was that it didn't feel very social, with the kitchen being the only real common space and it didn't seem like there were events or activities. Otherwise, a great stay!

Very nice place to stay when you are in Lisbon. Keep in mind that the rooms don't have airconditioning, so in summer it gets very hot! Check in is very easy and the rooms are comfortable.

It is a building site! so be prepared to get a bad nights sleep if you staying during the week and the workers wake you up at 8:30am! Nice place otherwise but cheeky to open and charge people when you’re still under construction
