A great hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were excellent and always friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was large, comfortable and the breakfast was very good with views over the rooftops towards the bridge and statue of Christ from the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
The hotel is located super close to everything! The room came with complimentary wine and fruits! The room has amazing sunrise and sunset views! If I could give an additional star for customer service, I would! Francois and Bruno were so kind and so helpful! We had an early morning flight on our last day and they arranged an early breakfast for us at 4 in the morning so that we were able to eat before we left! They also helped carry our luggage into and out of our rooms! Definitely the best customer service we've ever had at a hotel! Hope to visit again soon!
Great little boutique hotel with fabulous views. Right next to the castle. Room was great with fresh fruit and port provided. What lifts this hotel even further are the staff - Francois and Rio on the front desk are awesome going above and beyond to help understand the area, how to get around etc. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff in La Terrace restaurant were also outstanding. Breakfast superb too and sets you up for a day of walking the hills of Lisbon! Would definitely stay here again if back in Lisbon.
Lucked out with this place, which I selected mainly by looking at a map. Staff introduced themselves by name, were friendly, went out of their way to be helpful. Place is comfortable, good view even from the economy rooms (a great view, I'm told, from the more expensive ones). Free drink on arrival and a decanter of port in your room.
the hotel is located just minutes away from the castle in a quiet street of limited traffic. Great views over the city and river. The staff were very welcoming and could not have been more helpful, even providing us with breakfast when we had to leave at 5am on our last morning. Lovely terrace. Highly recommended
