I had the pleasure of staying at Teatro Boutique Rooms & Suites from February 9th to February 13th, 2025, and my experience was great. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax after exploring Lisbon. The location was ideal—central yet peaceful—allowing for easy access to the city's main attractions. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the service, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. I highly recommend Teatro Boutique Rooms & Suites to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We paid approximately €218 for a two-night stay in late October. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during one of the nights, just before our long-haul flight. I was traveling with an elderly lady who cannot take a cold shower, so she went without one until we returned to our country after a 20-hour journey. When we checked out, the property owner assured us that we would receive a refund for the night without hot water. However, we spent a month to sort out the refund. To be fair, the property agreed to the refund but had issues processing the payment. Meanwhile, the booking platform (booking.com) confirmed their agreement but kept stating that the property needed to recharge their account to process the refund. Ultimately, the platform decided to refund me on the property’s behalf to avoid further delays. I’m still unsure why this process was so complicated. What’s disappointing is the feeling of false promises, which only makes everything worse. I want to ensure other visitors are aware of a few things: - The building is old, and facilities may break down; it seems the hot water tank malfunctions occasionally, so hot water may not be guaranteed. - The room was well-furnished, with no unpleasant smells upon check-in, and the air conditioning was already turned on.

Recommended for location only. 🙅 Reception till 10 PM only. No towel. Lot of noise. No hot water 💦 for first 10-15 minutes. Elevator 🛗 and rooms are scary and old. The staff is kind but the hotel is the worst. You will spend the entire time discussing hotel bad things.

Great apartment in good location. Has separate living room with limited kitchen. Coffee machine, kettle, fridge, cups and glasses. No silverwear, plates or bowls but all can be bought from a small supermarket behind the theatre. No cooker, microwave or kitchen sink. Bedroom and bathroom good, superhot water, once its warmed up.

Take care of this hotel!I have the reservation and i inform the hotel very correctly my fly and me arrive at noon.They wrote me back check in time still 10pm! And i most cancel my reservation.But if i cancel then they take 2 night amount from my credit card. Maffia! Take care everyone!
