Casa Arrabal

Tommy spoke English and was very helpful when we called the number published on the door / Booking.com, with instructions on how to get into the property. The stone building has been tastefully decorated. The lower room that we had was on the small side, but adequate. As you enter the building you will either have the top or bottom room depending on which one you have been booked in. There is a shared kitchen / lounge with good facilities if you intend to self cater. The alleyways on either side of the building are used by locals and visitors to Oia late into the night, on their way home from enjoying an evening & hence can be noisy especially if you leave windows open. The wifi stopped working in the evening. Otherwise a good place to stop for a night.

Diego's Casa Arrabal is a beautiful stone house is steps away from the water, restaurants and bars.The casa has a unique history and has some placques outside explaining it's history. The quaint narrow streets are a delight to wander through Oia. It's a short walk to a mini super in case you want to prepare food in his well stocked kitchen. There's a coffee maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, pots, pans, plates basically all you might need during your stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well designed. Each have their own private bathroom. Showers have nice and hot water. The casa was very clean when we arrived. Felt very much at home and comfortable during our stay. If you're looking for a place while in Oia I highly recommend Diego's Casa Arrabal!

We loved our stay at the Casa Arrabal apartment. The place is beautiful, very well decorated, cozy, and has everything you need to feel at home. Everything was super clean, the mattresses and pillows were of excellent quality, and no detail was missing. Tomy and Diego, the owners, were delightful: always checking in to make sure we were okay, in constant contact, and willing to help with anything we needed. The location is also very good, ideal for enjoying the area. Without a doubt, one of the best stays we've had. We recommend it 100%, and if we return to the area, we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for everything!

We spent one night in a small but incredibly nice place. It's in a stunning setting, a beautiful and very welcoming village. I love having a glass of wine sitting on a stone wall overlooking the Santa María de Oia monastery and the sea across the way. The hosts were so lovely.

Beautiful apartment with a shared kitchen. If there's anything that could be improved, it's a bit small, but it's in very good condition. Highly recommended.
