An incredibly quiet place with a great view.
Casa Corola is an amazing quaint little place to stay. The sea views from the house are amazing. Such a lovely evening was spent here using the hosts barbeque sitting watching the sunset in Oia
Absolutely fantastic and better than expected. There are two houses. One has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The other has a kitchen with a dining table. The garden between them is very well-kept, and a cuddly cat completes the positive overall impression. Ideal accommodation on the Camino if you want a more luxurious stay.
Rural house located at the end of the street that takes you to one of the highest points of Oia, giving the opportunity for spectacular views, with its own viewpoint and bench to sit and see the landscape. It consists of two small renovated stone houses, in one the kitchen and an indoor dining room are located, and on its porch a small living room set and an outdoor dining room; This porch has the characteristic of having a glass roof covered by a "mat", giving luminosity but at the same time preventing you from getting sunburned, also glass sides that do not take away your view but do cut the wind. The second building contains 3 rooms (one with a private bathroom and the other two share another) on one floor and on the lower floor another room with its bathroom. The main criticism is that the walls of the rooms (and their bathrooms) do not reach the ceiling, they remain at the height of the beams, and from there you have glass all the way up that is not sealed at its joints, causing, in addition to light pollution (if a room has the light on it is noticeable in the others), acoustics, including the noises of the bathroom, both bodily and sanitary, and this is very unpleasant; and it depends on the moment, even the smells; All of this made it very difficult to rest and is the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. If they can correct that important detail, it will be an extraordinary place to go.
The cabin is very special and beautiful. Very isolated. The taxi that brought me up didn't even go to the cabin and dropped me off 100 meters in front. There is nothing near it. Anyone who wants to get here should consider bringing everything they need in terms of food and drink. After a day of travel, it is very difficult to climb here. A taxi took me 8 euros to the monastery in the town of Oia.
