Just brilliant value, really nice quiet room. Should have tried the attached restaurant which looked nice. Very helpful lady running the reception.
The rooms have been upgraded since the last time we were there in 2017. Still use of woollen blankets like in the 70-ties. We have not seen any bedbugs like mentioned in the review of Mr Visser. The room was spotless. Breakfast was sober but ok.
Very old dirty blankets, very faul smell in the room, probably because of very heavy curtains that smell bad. It was one of the worst rooms I have stayed for a long time. If possible, just avoid this accommodation

Staff were barely friendly. Hotel smelled poorly, room was grubby. There were stains on the bedspread and that was enough for me. I left and went to a different place which was much better. I sacrificed the cost of the room rather than stay there - and that says a lot!
