*** IMPORTANT: Please double-check that you are booking Ecoroom Bed & Breakfast and NOT Ecorooms Studios. The following review refers specifically to Ecorooms Studio. *** This was by far the worst and most frustrating booking experience we have ever had. Check-in was stated as 1pm, yet the host ignored every attempt we made to contact her. I sent a message through Booking.com the night before - no response. I tried her WhatsApp number - no response. When we arrived shortly after 1pm, we still had no instructions, updates, or communication. I called her four times, all ignored, and was eventually blocked. To make matters worse, another couple in the building looked at our reservation and informed us that we were actually at the wrong address. We had unknowingly arrived at an apartment with an almost identical name. It seems the host may be exploiting this similarity, as the listed address could not be found on Google. When my friend tried calling the host directly, she hung up immediately both times. This behaviour goes beyond unprofessional - it was dishonest, hostile, and completely unacceptable. We were left stranded, stressed, and ignored by someone who clearly cannot be trusted. For your own peace of mind, safety, and sanity, do not book this property.

Terrible communication. On the morning of our stay I still hadn't received the online link to check in. I contacted them multiple times but got absolutely no response at all. If they had sent a simple message saying " dont worry, we know you are coming." I would have been fine..but nothing at all. I didn't want to walk 12 miles from Caldas de reyes to find the same poor communication and potentially no accommodation. So I complained and had a response saying " no one else has had problems with accessing rooms in 6 years!" which anyone with eyes can see is not the case when you read the countless poor Google reviews. I asked for a simple apology about their poor communication and got absolutely nothing back. Cancelled the room, took the hit financially and got an amazing place up the road for 10 euros more with a private bathroom and a pool! Oh and this novel thing called a receptionist who was wonderful!

WARNING! IF you are TRYING to book this ECOROOMS STUDIOS (one similar to this) do NOT BOOK, check the address, and the location . There’s a similarly named place to this accommodation called ECOROOMS studio she does not answer the phone, she does not respond to messages, the place does not exist we could not enter -SCAM ! Giving 5 stars as this is not the place I stayed- but it could be the same company.

Disadvantages * No signs outside, quite difficult to find * Room #1 has no window. I mean it is exactly exists but it goes all the way true place were they store stuff for washing the rooms. You need to go and open the door to balcony and after window. Smells terrible, or vinegar or some comical fluid. * They charge full price for this room * They didn’t say anything about the window and how to open the window. * We arrived at 12-30. Room wasn’t ready. We were literally forced to go outside for one more hour. Advantages * Nice location * Nice view from the windows only if it is not room 1 !!! * Including a little breakfast * Nice shower

It is not a good ideea to have " shared bathroom" with many people. You pay 50 euro per night, but all the people need at toilete. Add 10 euro and you will have a private bathroom. It was our fault to stay here. Besides of this, there are a lot of codes just you enter at NASA.
