Well-equipped, modern room, but with almost no window—bad for claustrophobia! Then the train passes by, and it's right next door, so the price is very high considering the location, the noise of the train, and the lack of a normal window that can be opened. But since it faces directly onto the street because it's on the ground floor, it wouldn't work either. €80 for this doesn't seem reasonable to me.
The worst service I've ever received from an accommodation. Our train to Galicia was cancelled due to the wildfires in Spain, and the owner refused to offer a free cancellation, even though the booking was available through Booking.com without incurring any charges. The phone service from the owner or the person in charge was appalling, and they charged us for the reservation without any consideration. They charged €80 for one night.
