It’s around 20 mins walk into town to be near the Louis 1st bridge and other main attractions, really enjoyed staying at this hotel very good , clean, helpful friendly staff, with a comfortable bed, mini bar, hair dryer, nice bathroom and WiFi We found it quite easy to make our way around town and also to and from airport using uber to get this hotel With 2 adults and one child We didn’t opt to include breakfast at €15 each as we found it cheaper and easier just to grab 3 coffees and 3 croissants from the cafe next door which came to €10.70 !
I caution against booking at this hotel. I’ve been here 3 nights, in a room directly above the 4 large community recycle bins parked permanently on the street in front of the hotel. The city emeries the bins at all hours. Last night emptying was done at 4:45 AM and set off a nearby alarm which has now been going off for 2 hours and 50 minutes. I am accustomed to sleeping on a very loud city-center street in a party district but this level of noise is ridiculous. Sleep isn’t possible. The staff knew I was here 3 nights when I checked in, so why did they put me in such a loud room? And why wouldn’t their staff have a way to address the alarm going off in the street? Also, the elevator has been broken since I arrived so they have is using the staff lift, entered via the storage rooms.
I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, smell amazing, and are extremely comfortable, which made all the difference during my stay. But the real highlight was bartender Felipe Roza, who prepared a delicious meal and an incredible drink! The service was outstanding, with great attention and friendliness. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great experience!
A perfect place to stay in Porto. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious. Located not far from the city centre, so we walked to the main sights every day. The price is very reasonable for such a nice place
Fantastic hotel 🏨. The rooms are very comfortable, shower tub combo, very clean, beds 🛌 for a good night's sleep. Staff members are excellent and provide great service.
