Pros: The location is excellent—right across from the mall (about 5 meters away) and only a 3-minute walk to the metro, on the main street in the city center. The rooms are kind of small but clean, cleaned daily, and towels are changed every day. The breakfast area is an open space where you can relax all day (sofa and chairs, around 10–15 seats), and there’s unlimited coffee available. Breakfast isn’t very varied, but what they offer is good: croissants, bread rolls, oats, coffee, milk, muesli, nuts, jam, honey, cheese, ham, butter, and yogurt. Cons: The window doesn’t close properly, so in December it gets cold, and even with the air conditioning set to 32°C it can’t really keep up. There is noise day and night, so if you’re sensitive to noise, keep that in mind. Breakfast is split into three time slots that you need to choose at least the evening before. The food is also quite limited—for example, there might be around 25 slices of ham, and if you’re unlucky there can be 8 people at the table at the same time. One day I only managed to get two slices because the other two people in my group arrived five minutes earlier. Overall, there’s only a small amount of everything and they don’t refill it much.

Great central location but it is above othe shops on the street so the stairs (no lift) goes strait up 2 levels then there is another 2 levels to get to some rooms! Probably no issue for youngsters but coming up to 70 found it a bit of a problem! Rooms small and clean and well appointed, bathrooms small but clean. Buskers across the road play loudly until 10pm.

The hotel is not suitable for people with accessibility needs, as there are many stairs and no real accommodations. Breakfast was quite poor and very limited. On the positive side, the location is convenient, right on the main shopping avenue, and the rooms are spacious. However, the overall feel is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel, and the rooms were not very clean or aesthetically pleasing.

I had to book here last minute because easyJet had cancelled my flight. The team were super helpful at a stressful time and very patient as I sorted out my plans. The room is very comfortable and location is brilliant. That said if you want a quiet room be careful which one you book as the street at the front can be a bit loud. That said, a great experience.

The new code after 20 minutes. I need to ring again and apology was made and he said he would send the new quote but unfortunately at this stage, my phone died of battery 3 we had to walk back to number 254 and when we got there, the receptionist had gone to number 55 to look for us so we waited for 20 minutes and on his return he kindly walked us back to number 55 with the door was opened zzzzzz 4 message from Luisa today Dear Vard, We would like to know what happend in your arrival. Our receptionist said that he took care of the situtation and that you did not waited for 2 hours. Plus our mesages are explicit, everything is well explained.
