OUTSTANDING! Everything was perfect; I do not believe we could have asked for a better experience. The room was perfectly appointed and in true European style made great use of the space. Our check in and check out experience was seamless and has a touch of elegance with a vino verde toast to kick off our stay. Ana Christina Silva ensured that our experience was wonderful - thank you! The hotel is gorgeous, old world charm and 2025 functionality. Wait until you see the elevator! Breakfast was superb - I will miss the yummy food and good service.

Beautiful rooms and hotel interior. There is a noise problem so be sure to ask for a room on the interior (not street) side and high up. I slept absolutely fine as my room faced the interior courtyard. My friends who were on the outside street side had issues with late night noise on the streets from nearby bars. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast worth the €15 per morning (if you book and pay at check in). Very convenient for walking around the city.
The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything you want to see on a visit to Porto. We had a 5-star experience! The staff was incredibly hospitable. Concierge was very helpful with recommendations. Cleaning service was thorough. The hotel is beautiful. We booked a standard room and received an upgrade (which gave us a view of the terrace rather than the busy street) - the room was a bit small but otherwise nice.
Old, old, yet modern, and beautiful. The architecture is stunning. The service sublime. Breakfast delicious. One word of caution, our room had a deep bath / shower combined. If you cannot step over, showers will be difficult.
